Chat messages are sent to our AI assistant so we can help you explore whether trading a collision-damaged vehicle makes sense. We store session details needed to continue the conversation and, only if you consent, share a summary with a trade specialist.

We do not sell your personal information. Phone numbers are collected only when you choose to provide them for a specialist follow-up.
